The Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) is asking for your help in letting them know how they can serve Southern Baptist churches better in advocating for social and political issues that impact our everyday life in our families, communities, churches and the nation. They are asking you to tell them what the important issues you and your church want them to address are so that they can give us guidance from a biblical perspective in dealing with them.
The ERLC is an agency of the SBC, and it exists to assist Southern Baptist churches understand the moral demands of the gospel, apply Christian principles to moral and social problems and questions of public policy, and to promote religious liberty in cooperation with churches and other Southern Baptist entities to bring hope to the public square—for the sake of the gospel.
