The Church Planting Initiative of the Fellowship was started in 2010 with the goal of starting 600 church plants in the US and Canada by 2020. Working with the North American Mission Board (NAMB) we have to date, 2018, started about 70 churches, mission points, and Bible Study fellowships in many parts of North America. With the huge influx of Chinese immigrants from China in recent years, the focus is on starting Mandarin speaking congregations.
Our Church Planting Initiative seeks to promote awareness and recruit church planters and sponsoring churches through seminars and workshops. It also provides training for church planters, lay church planters and campus workers, connecting church planters with supporting churches and developing partnerships with sponsoring churches and NAMB.
