應聘要求 Qualifications & Skills
- 屬福音派信仰 Evangelical Theology
- 獲道學碩士學位 Master of Divinity
- 具粵語、華語及英語溝通能力 Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, & English
- 三年以上北美牧會經驗更佳 Preferred 3 years or above pastoral experience in North America
事奉職責 Job Description
- 講道 – 每月三至四次在中文堂主日崇拜講道
Preaching: Three to four times per month on Sunday pulpit - 禮儀 – 主領聖餐和浸禮
Ordinance: Officiating Holy Communion and Baptism - 教導 – 按需要帶領主日學和查經班
Teaching: Lead Sunday School and Bible study classes as needed - 主席 – 擔任和主持理事會、會友大會和祈禱會
Presiding: Serving as chairperson of the Church Council Meeting, Membership Meeting, and
Prayer Meeting - 關懷 – 提供屬靈輔導、探訪和關懷肢體的需要
Pastoral Caring: Provide caring and counseling for the spiritual and physical needed with
visitations and prayer - 訓練 – 提供門徒和領䄂訓練裝備會友
Training: Equip and train church members through discipleship and leadership programs - 佈道宣教 – 按本會使命宣言設計並安排佈道外展和宣教事工傳揚福音
Evangelism and Missions: Following the MCBC missions statement to design and organize
outreach programs and overseas mission trips to spread the Gospel to win souls to the Lord - 事工會議 – 每季出席四堂牧師同工會議和籌備聯合崇拜
Ministry Meetings: Attending the quarterly pastoral staff meeting and organizing quarterly Joint
Worship with other three congregations - 英語事工 – 監督和支援本會英語事工，與英語牧師或負責人同工
English Ministry: Overseeing and assisting the MCBC English Ministry by leading worship
services and officiating Holy Communion
