Arcadia Chinese Baptist Church is affiliated with Southern Baptist Convention. We are an all-generations Chinese Immigrant Church community. So far, we are a Chinese anchor church. The English Congregation comprises of American Born Chinese and other English-speaking members. The Mandarin Congregation comprises of Acculturated Mandarin Speaking Chinese and Overseas Mandarin Speaking Chinese from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other countries. With this background, we hope that our next Senior Pastor can fulfill the following primary qualifications.
- Must be a Southern Baptist Pastor
- 8-10 years US pastoral experiences
- Ministering 400-500 people experiences
- Bi-lingual (Chinese & English)
- M. Div degree or above
- Providing vision, missions & direction for ACBC
- Administrating pastoral staff to feed, lead, teach, care & pray for congregations.
- Be a good mentor for pastoral staff.
We are in a Chinese populated city of Arcadia. We provide worship and fellowship for all ages. We serve together to meet all the needs from any group with the common goal of helping all to grow into the maturity of Christ.
