A. DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth) airport:
DFW Airport has five terminals: A, B, C, D, and E. Take the orange-colored Terminal Link Shuttle from the curb at any terminal to the TEXRail Station at Terminal B.
Outside Terminal B, near the lower level of B30, take the TEXRail to the Fort Worth terminus (trains run every 30 minutes; fare is $2.50 per person per trip). From there, take a taxi or Uber to your hotel or the Riley Center of SWBTS (about $15).

B. DAL (Dallas Love Field) Airport:
Take the DART bus from the curb outside the terminal to Downtown Dallas, then connect to the TRE train to the Fort Worth terminus. From there, take a taxi or Uber to your hotel or the Riley Center of SWBTS (about $15).

4. What are the dates of the conference? When does registration start for the conference? When should I plan to leave Dallas-Fort Worth?
September 8-11, 2026.
Registration starts at noon September 8 and the conference proper starts after dinner on that day. Please arrive early for registration and in time for the dinner at 6 pm Central Time.
The Conference ends with a banquet (cost is included in your registration fee) on the night of September 10. Please book your departure flight out of Dallas-Fort Worth on September 11 or onwards of that date.
5. What is the registration fee for the conference?
USD$100 per person. For Canadian participants, CAD$100 per person.
USD$150 per married couple. Canadian participants, CAD$150.
The fee includes conference materials, meals, snacks and the closing banquet.
Registration fee is waived for:
- Baptist ministers and their spouses who are attending the conference for the first time.
- Full-time SWBTS students who are registered participants.
6. What scholarship is available for pastors, ministers and seminary students attending the conference? What is the deadline for applying for the scholarship?
Airfare for out-of-state ministers: USD$150 (CAD$150) per minister, USD$150
(CAD$150) for spouse.
Cut-off date for scholarship application: July 15, 2026
7. What about lodging for the conference?
There are two options arranged by CBF:
